We don't do emergency dispatch at 2 a.m., and we're upfront about that. Most jobs we take get scheduled same-week, and we'd rather tell you that on the phone than have you wait on a promise we can't keep. If your door is the only way into an attached garage that's also your main entry, say so - we prioritize doors that are a home's sole point of access differently than a second door that just sits closed.

We work close-in neighborhoods first - Cobb Park, Sears Park, Westwood Richland, North College, North and South E. Hwy 80, Elmwood, Abilene Heights, Lytle, South Treadaway, River Oaks/Brookhollow, Buck Creek, Shirley Road, Park Central, and Chimney Rock - all within about five miles of the shop. Past that, we also run calls out to Tye, Potosi, Hawley, Buffalo Gap, Clyde, and Merkel, roughly 8 to 16 miles out depending on the town.
